Arlene Hein Elementary School is located in East Franklin. From Elk Grove, head west on Elk Grove Boulevard and make a left on Bruceville Road. From Bruceville Road, turn right on Terazzo Drive to Bellaterra Drive. Turn right on Bellaterra Drive.
